Next month marks our 3rd anniversary!
Three years ago on May 31st, 2009, Ene Querney, the founder of Evolve Again Consulting Group put marketing packages into the mail to her colleagues, friends and potential partners. It was an exciting time and it still is. Heavens knows we have had our share of successes and challenges along the way. One thing that hasn’t changed though is our focus on the needs of our clients and this requires us to continually renew and refocus our business.
In our keen desire to help our clients, we have acted like an enthusiastic puppy, happily chasing every shinny ball that our clients threw our way. Our behaviour stretched our firm thin and at times beyond our area of expertise. We have assessed our strengths and are focusing our efforts in three areas – Leading Edge Thinking, Change Management, and Leadership Development. This is where our clients seem to need us the most and where we can make the most impact.
