Leaders have an enormous impact on the culture and performance of an organization.  A leader’s daily actions create the environment that determines how much her employee chooses to give of themselves to their organization every day.  Recent studies have even found that employees often leave organizations because of poor organizational leadership.  It is critical that leaders learn new skills beyond operational excellence to become positive role models and provide strategic direction to their employees in order to achieve the performance targets they desire.

Each exists in its own competitive environment and requires specific leadership competencies that are key determining factors to the success of the organization. With this in mind, we create leadership development programs that are unique to your needs and focus on your key areas of learning.  We do this by understanding what your critical challenges are and designing programs to meet those needs. We are capable of delivering half day, full day or several day workshops to meet your needs. 

To design and deliver a customized leadership development program we engage in the following activities:

Needs Assessment: Assess current leadership capability of the organization and determine required leadership competencies to maximize performance.

Program Design: Collaborate with key individuals to confirm core competencies and learning approach.

Curriculum Development: Prepare all program materials, reference materials, facilitator guides.

Program Facilitation: Implement all program elements, which may include, facilitation of workshops, coaching sessions, peer-to-peer coaching programs, and action learning programs.

Leadership Program Evaluation: Implement measures that monitor the intended improvements in leadership effectiveness and identify other areas of improvement.
