Ene honed her business development and leadership skills during her tenure at 3M and Medline where she built sales territories and created expansion plans for untapped markets. She has been repeatedly recognized for successfully managing change initiatives in hospitals, exceeding her sales goals, and achieving exceptional expertise in the products she sold. Her stellar sales record and subject matter acumen led to opportunities to turnaround underperforming sales teams and create and facilitate a national, multi-day sales curriculum to hundreds of sales professionals.

Ene holds a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Management & Development from Fielding Graduate University in Santa Barbara, CA and a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University in Victoria, BC and a Commerce degree from Laurentian University in Sudbury, Ontario
